Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.

  • United States: 4–10 business days

  • Canada: 4–10 business days

  • Europe: 4–10 business days

  • United Kingdom: 4–10 business days

  • Australia: 5–12 business days

  • Rest of World: 5–15 business days

Please note that delays due to customs, weather, or unforeseen circumstances may occur.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping: €4.95

  • Free shipping: on orders over €85 / $100 / £75

4. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

5. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

6. Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with your local post office or neighbors first. If unresolved, contact us and we’ll help investigate.

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated time, please allow a few extra days before contacting us.

7. Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they are processed.
