Q: How do I place an order?
A: Just browse your favorite items, choose your size, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you're ready, head to checkout, enter your shipping info, and complete payment.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options available at checkout.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Due to our fast fulfillment process, orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed. Please double-check your details before confirming.

Q: Where do you ship from?
A: Our items are shipped directly from our global partners and warehouses. This allows us to offer unique, trend-forward pieces you won't find anywhere else.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Yes! We currently ship worldwide, including the US, UK, Australia, Canada, and most European countries.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We also offer free shipping on orders over $100.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery. We do not accept returns for size or style preferences, so please refer to the size chart before ordering.
Q: How do I request a refund or exchange?
A: Email us at support@evolvmode.com with your order number and photos of the issue. If approved, we’ll send return instructions.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days and returned to your original payment method.

Q: Are your products true to size?
A: Not always, which is why we always recommend to go one size up for the best fit possible, espcially when you are in between sizes and not sure which one to order.

Q: Do I need to create an account to order?
A: Nope! You can check out as a guest. But creating an account lets you track orders and makes future purchases faster.
