At EvolvMode, we strive to ensure that you love your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a return process for eligible items. Please review our return policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
✅ We accept returns for:
Items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
Unworn, unused, and unwashed items with original packaging and tags attached.
❌ We do NOT accept returns for:
Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
Sale items, final clearance items, or personalized products.
📌 Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. How to Initiate a Return
If you meet the return criteria, follow these steps:
1️. Contact Us – Email our support team at support@evolvmode.com with your order number and photos of the item (if defective or incorrect).
2️. Wait for Approval – Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
3️. Ship the Item – Once approved, you will need to return the item to the address provided. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where we are at fault.
4️. Receive Your Refund – Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process a refund or store credit within 5 business days.
3. Refund & Exchange Process
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the item.
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
4. Shipping Costs & Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, except in cases where EvolvMode sent a defective or incorrect item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
1️. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos showing the issue.
2️. If confirmed, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit at no additional cost.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed.
