Orders are processed within 12–24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as it ships.

During high-demand periods or supplier delays, processing may take slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you informed.

2. Shipping Times & Delivery

We ship worldwide from our trusted supplier network.
📦 Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days depending on your location.

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Please allow for occasional delays due to customs, weather, or peak periods.

Please note: unexpected delays may occur due to customs, weather, or logistics issues outside our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.
We offer:

  • Standard Shipping – flat rate visible at checkout

  • Free Shipping – on orders over $100

Once shipped, shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Tracking Information

You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.
Tracking updates typically appear within 1–2 business days depending on the carrier.

If you haven’t received tracking details after two business days, contact us at support@evolvmode.com.

5. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before confirming your order.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for reshipping fees.

EvolvMode is not liable for lost or undelivered packages caused by inaccurate address information.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Lost Packages: If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, check with your local post office or neighbors first. If unresolved, contact us for assistance.

Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for stolen deliveries. We recommend choosing a secure delivery address.

Delayed Packages: If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please allow a few extra days — especially during holidays or customs inspections.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are not included in our prices.
These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we process orders quickly, we cannot modify or cancel them once submitted.
