EvolvMode Refund & Return Policy

At EvolvMode, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that your order is protected. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our return and refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We only accept returns and refunds in the following cases:

  • Defective or Damaged Products – If your item arrives broken, damaged, or non-functional.
  • Wrong Item Received – If the product you received is not what you ordered.
  • Missing Items – If part of your order is missing upon delivery.

We Do Not Offer Refunds For:

  • ❌ Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • ❌ Incorrect size selection (please refer to our size guide before ordering)
  • ❌ Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or used

2. How to Request a Refund or Return

  1. Email Us: Contact support@evolvmode.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
  2. Provide Proof: Include your order number and clear photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect item.
  3. Approval: Once approved, we’ll send return instructions (if a return is required).

3. Refund Method & Processing Time

  • Refund Method: All approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after approval.
  • Shipping Costs: Refunds do not include original shipping fees unless the error was ours.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  1. Check your bank or PayPal account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider – some refunds may take time to post.
  3. If you've done all this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@evolvmode.com.

6. Exchanges Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, we’ll send a replacement or offer a full refund.

7. Exceptions to Our Refund Policy

  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable
  • Clearance or final sale items may not be eligible for return
